TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES AND EVENT ADMISSION

JUST YOU AND WIN – SOLO FAN MEETING IN JAKARTA

Balai Kartini – Kartika Expo Center, Jakarta, Indonesia

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchasers and attendees of JUST YOU AND WIN – Solo Fan Meeting in Jakarta ("Event") to be held on 1 August 2026 at Balai Kartini – Kartika Expo Center, Jakarta, Indonesia.

1. GENERAL

• By purchasing a ticket through ADDtix, all purchasers and attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter, Event Organizer, Artist Management, Venue Management, and Official Ticketing Partner reserve the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All attendees must comply with venue regulations, safety requirements, and instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, and authorized representatives.

2. TICKET PURCHASE

• Ticket prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, and other charges unless otherwise stated.
• A maximum of five (5) tickets may be purchased per transaction unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
• Tickets must be purchased using the attendee's full legal name exactly as stated on a valid government-issued identification document or passport.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without refund if the ticket holder's information does not match their valid identification.
• Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the purchase process is accurate and complete.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified date, session, category, and venue stated on the ticket.

3. TICKET DELIVERY

• Upon successful payment, a payment confirmation will be sent to the purchaser's registered email address.
• E-tickets will be issued and delivered no later than seven (7) days prior to the Event date unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.
• If a purchaser does not receive a payment confirmation or e-ticket, it is their responsibility to contact the Official Ticketing Partner immediately.
• Failure to receive an e-ticket due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. SEATING POLICY

• All seats are reserved and numbered.
• Seat assignments will be allocated automatically based on payment confirmation time and seat availability.
• The seating plan displayed on promotional materials, websites, or ticketing platforms is for illustrative purposes only and may not be drawn to scale.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify venue layouts, seating arrangements, audience capacity, and ticket categories if necessary due to production, operational, safety, or security requirements.
• Any seating reassignment within the same ticket category or to a higher-value category shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

5. ACCESSIBILITY

• Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in limited quantities and subject to availability.
• Attendees requiring special assistance are encouraged to contact the Organizer prior to purchasing tickets.

6. NO CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, OR TRANSFER

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the Organizer.
• Personal circumstances including illness, travel issues, visa rejection, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or changes in personal plans shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. TICKET RESALE AND SCALPING

• Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, transferred, or offered for sale for commercial purposes.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels may be invalidated without prior notice.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket suspected of being acquired through fraud, unauthorized resale, or abuse of the ticketing system.

8. EVENT CHANGES

• The Organizer reserves the right to:
  • Change event schedules;
  • Modify venue layouts;
  • Adjust audience capacity;
  • Revise event programs;
  • Modify fan benefits;
  • Change operational arrangements.
• Changes to the event program, running order, fan benefits, event duration, or other production elements shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make operational changes as deemed necessary.

9. EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• If the Event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the refund mechanism announced by the Organizer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) to forty-five (45) working days from the end of the official refund submission period and upon successful verification of all required information and supporting documents.
• The refund processing period shall commence only after the official refund submission period has ended.
• Service fees, administration fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and other charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Refund requests submitted outside the designated refund period will not be processed.
• The Organizer, Artist Management, and Official Ticketing Partner shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including but not limited to:
  • Transportation costs;
  • Airfare expenses;
  • Accommodation expenses;
  • Visa expenses;
  • Loss of income;
  • Other personal expenses.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption, relocation, modification, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Earthquakes;
• Floods;
• Fires;
• Epidemics or pandemics;
• Government regulations or restrictions;
• Civil unrest;
• Riots;
• Acts of terrorism;
• War;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Labor disputes;
• Utility failures;
• Any other force majeure event.

Any refund eligibility arising from a force majeure event shall be determined solely by the Organizer in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. ADMISSION POLICY

• All attendees must present:
  • A valid e-ticket with a scannable QR code; and
  • A valid government-issued identification document.
• Children under seven (7) years of age are strictly prohibited from entering the venue.
• Attendees under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Security screenings and bag inspections may be conducted at any time.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee who fails to comply with these requirements.

12. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

• Firearms;
• Weapons;
• Sharp objects;
• Explosives;
• Fireworks;
• Laser pointers;
• Drones;
• Illegal drugs and narcotics;
• Alcoholic beverages;
• Outside food and beverages;
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses;
• Professional recording equipment;
• Selfie sticks;
• Large banners;
• Flag poles;
• Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by the Organizer.

Confiscated items may not be returned.

13. ATTENDEE CONDUCT

• Attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee without refund if they:
  • Are intoxicated;
  • Are under the influence of illegal substances;
  • Engage in aggressive behavior;
  • Disrupt the Event;
  • Endanger the safety of others;
  • Violate venue rules or applicable laws.

14. RE-ENTRY POLICY

• Re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.
• Attendees who leave the venue may be denied re-entry.

15. EVENT WRISTBAND POLICY

• Event wristbands remain the property of the Organizer.
• Lost, damaged, altered, cut, or transferred wristbands will not be replaced.
• Wristbands are strictly non-transferable.

16. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO RECORDING, AND MEDIA RELEASE

• By entering the venue, attendees grant the Organizer, Promoter, Artist Management, Sponsors, and affiliated parties the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, and distribute their image, voice, likeness, and appearance captured during the Event.
• Such materials may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, editorial, and commercial purposes without further notice or compensation.

17. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Attendance at the Event is voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.
• Attendees acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the Event.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, illness, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the Event.

18. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

• Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Personal information may be used for:
  • Ticket issuance;
  • Event administration;
  • Customer support;
  • Event communications;
  • Security and fraud prevention.
• Personal information will not be sold to third parties without a lawful basis or where consent is required by law.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
• If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

20. FINAL PROVISIONS

• The Organizer reserves all rights not expressly stated herein.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
• Additional Event regulations, venue policies, fan benefit terms, and operational announcements issued by the Organizer shall form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
